The Best Texas BBQ

We have tried BBQ places all over Texas and we all think Meyer's is the best. Their brisket is tender and lean. Their BBQ sauce is delicious and is very low carb. Their sausage is great too. Didn't try anything else, but I am sure it is ALL fantastic. Just the best!

Went to Elgin on recommendation of friend and found Meyers. Brisket and pork ribs were just a little better than average. I didn't like either the beef or pork sausages. BBQ sauce was the highlight of the meal. Very tasty but not overpowering. Would probably not go back.

I went there to get some of that famous Elgin Hot sausage, but looking at the menu I had to try the brisket and ribs. When I got home I was so glad that I had bought the ribs and brisket. All of the food there is wonderful. Try their sauces!!!
The Best BBQ'd Chicken

My husband and I make the drive to Elgin just for the bar-b-qued chicken halves. They are so juicy and flavorful that they melt in your mouth. The sausage isn't too bad either. I also love their sauce, its served hot and tangy.
